3. The candidate must be a regular registered student of the institute
4. Candidate should not have any academic backlogs in the previous years for participating in the selection process
5. Candidates should have secured CGPA 7.5 or more in each of the previous semesters
6. The candidate shall not have any disciplinary (Hostel / Institute Level) actions being taken in the past.
7. The candidate should not have any dues pending either for the Institute or Hostels.
8. The candidate should have physical fitness.
9. The candidate who apply for Hostel and Mess must be a hosteller.

Code of Conduct
1. No candidate shall create mutual hatred of cause tension between different castes, communities, religious or linguistic between any group or section of students.
2. Candidate shall refrain from criticism of all aspects of private life not connected with the public activities of other candidates
3. No candidate shall be permitted to make use of printed material for the purpose of canvassing.
4. The candidate should not have any partiality.
5. The candidate should not dominate other students.

The candidate should get recommendation letter from class in-charge and HoD.
Apply through College Website and Submit the Printed Hard copy of the Application & Nomination form to HoD.

The list of all selected office bearers recommended by the committee will be sent to the approval of the Principal and the Chairman sir
After the chairman sir approval, swearing of candidate will take place in Association Inauguration
The selected office bearers are required to present their ideas and action plan at the Association's inauguration event
