ABOUT THE DEPARTMENT

Department of economics established in 2021. The department of economics encourages student community to engaged in study tours, field visits, industrial visit etc., The department has experienced and reverent Assistant Professor: Dr. P. Aruancahalam, Dr. G. Sumithra and Dr. A. Vadivelu in order to find the slow learners to strengthen their power of learning and inculcate a sense of deep understanding of concepts as well as the fast learners are encouraged to attend the competitive environment like Swayam – NPTEL, Coursera and edx etc., Courses.

To fashion competent, cultured, confident young women to take wise decision independently using technological and scientific capabilities with a deep understanding of world’s political, cultural and economic complexities.
