The term “Personality” refers to what makes a person a unique. Personality development is the development of the organized pattern of behaviors and attitudes that makes a person distinctive. The transformation of a person from teenage to adult is occurs in colleges only. They entered into the college as a school completed children. They became a graduate and responsible citizen of our country. During this stage, a lot of changes have been occurs in psychologically as well as physically. Hence, its need of the hour to provide various motivational talks, awareness programme, soft skills development programmes and personality development programmes to identify the hidden skills and personal characteristics’ of the students. Hence, our CENTRE of personality development organizing many events to shape the desired personality type of the students.
