Our Vivekanandha College of Arts and Sciences for Women (Autonomous) features a high-tech "Visual Communication Studio" with full audio-visual equipment. These devices make it easier for us to collect and save audio and video files on hard drives using the latest sound and video capture cards for editing and enhancement before posting in stunning effects. The entire studio is equipped with Wi-Fi for convenient Internet connection, allowing for high-speed visual audio-video mass communication activities. Adobe Premiere and Sound Forge software facilitate and design any type of film used for audio and video editing, and they have numerous features that improve the quality of our students' audio video projects. After the audio and video input has been captured and edited by an AV system specifically assembled for the purpose, the students will be given the necessary training to provide audio and video input.

The system will be outfitted with a high-end graphic card and sound card, allowing students to capture, receive, record, process, enhance, and edit data efficiently and effectively. The processed audio-video files are downloaded onto a hard disc using high-end audio-video capture cards with large random and storage memories. These audio and video edit suites are set up in the AV Studio facility, and students can splice, cut, edit, and add SFX to their productions. They are ready to be uploaded to the internet via You Tube and other sites designed for that purpose.

Once such a studio is established, the Lecture Capture System (LCS) will enable the creation, organization, and production of high-quality projects, in conjunction with a projection system via a wall-mounted screen, and the projection will allow the lecture notes and power point presentations to be integrated into the lecture capture mode. Once audio and video have been captured, they can be downloaded using Adobe Premier and Adobe Complete Solution. Lecture Capturing Facilities (Video and Audio)
