Best Practices

The examination calendar is scheduled and notified to all the departments at the beginning of the academic year, and dates are strictly adhered to by the departments.

The results are being published within 14 days from the completion of the end semester examinations. (ODD semester results in November and even semester results in May).

Semester mark statements & Consolidated mark statements (with photographs of the candidates) are issued within 1 week after the announcement of revaluation results.

Supplementary examination (for the final semester students) is being conducted within 14 days after the publication of the revaluation results, and the results are announced within a week after the completion of the supplementary examinations.

Genuineness certificates& Transcript certificates are issued on the same day from the date of application.

Barcoded dummy numbering system is being followed in end-semester answer scripts evaluation.

Internal examinations are conducted through online for PG programmes.
